Message | There is no good reason not to make sure that those applying for a passport do not have records of terrorism or criminality. Our current process is, if anything, too easy. Besides, it's expensive to issue passports to all citizens who may wish to have one. And not all citizens really need to travel internationally, so they will obtain theirs and just sit on them. Waste of resources! |
