Message | Mr Speaker, We staunchly oppose this ridiculous proposal. Abortion being legal throughout the entire course of a pregnancy includes right up to the very last second, this includes times where babies have been born and survived, this is outright murder whether you're pro-life, pro-choice or somewhere in-between. It's one thing for it to be legal in the second trimester, it's another to be legal right up into the THIRD! We oppose this senseless bill and would only CONSIDER legalizing it in the first trimester in addition to the current provisions we have. Nicolas Dorn, Leader of the Progress Party |

Message | Not really. Abortion is when a baby is inside a mother |

Message | Mr Speaker, If someone kicks a pregnant woman in the stomach and the baby dies, that is classified as murder. I rest my case. However seeing the LAP have been pragmatic and changed this proposal to allowing it in the first trimester, we will for now reluctantly agree. Nicolas Dorn, Leader of the Progress Party |
