Acknowledging the current mess of the Hutorian Foreign Service and seeking to refine and streamline Foreign applicants seeking Visas to reside in Hutori hereby establish the simplified Visas Designation System for those seeking to come to Hutori.

Article I.) Class A Visas "Hutorian Permanent Residence Status"
1.) Holders of this Visas type will he awarded all benefits, privileges and expectations of citizens of the Federal Republic of Hutori.
1.1) Permanent Residents of Hutori are not allowed to vote in Federal or Provincal Elections.
1.2.) Permanent Residents of Hutori are not allowed to vote in local Muncipal elections unless otherwise specified by thay Muncipal Government.
2.) Permanent Residents are the only type of Foreign Visas holders that may apply for Full Hutorian Citizenship.
3.) To obtain a Class A Visas, applicants must have resided legally within Hutori on a Class B Visas for no less then 3 years, have held employment throughout their stay in Hutori.
4.) Class A Visas can only be applied for in Hutori.
5.) Class A Visas expire after 5 years and holders are expected to have obtained Citizenship or a renewal from the Ministry of Internal Affairs at their own expense.

Article II.) Class B Visas "Work Permit"
1.) Class B Visas entitle their holder to obtain gainful and lawful employment within Hutori.
2.) Class B Visas Holders will be expected to pay Taxes to their local Muncipal, Provincal & Federal Government.
3.) Class B Visas may he cancelled should the holder not have employment for any longer then 2 months.
4.) Class B Visas expire after a period of 12 months and holder are expected to reapply at their own expense no less then three months for their Visas expire date.
