This bill proposes changes to legislation to greatly improve national security. Malivia grants citizenship to all nationals, and anyone can claim nationality. In effect, with the current laws, anyone on the planet can claim citizenship and reside in Malivia with NO security checks/tests. We don't even confirm the identity of visitors. Message | I disagree with Article 2 of your bill. It might be very racist, unfair and unjust for the foreigners maybe they think. It would also impact on Malivian tourism. It just unfair. Message | I think the wording of the particular law can be interpreted in more than one way. I propose that nations and groups that pose no security threat to Malivia would have an unlimited quota, while nations and groups known to pose threats to our security have a low or zero quota. It would differentiate depending on circumstance. |

Random fact: It is not allowed to call more than 5 elections in 5 game years in a nation. The default sanction for a player persisting in the early election tactic will be a seat reset. |
