Whereas the People of La République Socialiste Populaire Lourennais have rejected the backwards aspects of the Revolution;
Whereas the Parti Révolutionnaire has been disbanded due to internal pressures;
Whereas Lourenne can become a stronger nation moving forward by abandoning the Revolution; and
Whereas a number of simple reforms to how the government functions will shift the mindset of the people towards greater liberty,

Therefore, be it Enacted by the Conseil National des Ouvriers:

The national flag shall be comprised of a horizontal tricolor of blue, white, and red, with three fleurs-de-lis atop the flag.
The title of the Head of Government shall be "Président du Conseil des Ministres."
The title of the Head of State shall be "Grand Ministre Plénipotentiaire."
The title of the Legislative Assembly shall be "Conseil National."
The national anthem shall be changed to the first verse and chorus of La Marseillaise.
The national motto shall be changed to "Liberté, Opportunité, Fraternité."
