Tukarali has a strong history of allowing Prefeitura and Cities to control aspects of their own laws based on the history and beliefs apparent in that region. Over time, the Federal Government has incidentally taken some of that authority which it no longer requires, and these authorities can, without complication, be returned to the localities. |
