Description[?]:

Senators,

Maintaining a state monopoly on defense industries has few benefits. Allowing the private sector to contribute to the industry will allow for additional innovation in the field and the growth of our economy.

MessageSenators,

An impressive improvement even as the parasitical state retains a share too large of this industry. The inefficiency of state enterprises would in the case of national defence industries prove to be a threat to national security. We cannot slow progress in this area by letting half educated "C-graduates'" manage our defence industries while wiser nations let the captains of industry who know more about management, handle them.
