Message | I am not, that is true, primary education is a right, as children are not capable of consent and therefore may not go to work, they must be educated. Pre school education though, is as it implies: Pre-Primary education, meaning it is not an essential good and therefore functions on the laws of supply and demand, the parents should decide, according to their willingness and ability to 'consume' said good.
