Message | Mr. Speaker In the case of the Province of Adelia the Death Penalty has proven to be the single greatest deterrent to violent crime and as kept murder, and other capital crimes at an absolute low for as long as conservative and right wing parties have been in power in Adelia which has been never ending for the past few centuries. We can not in good faith take this power away from the Provinces; if they believe the Death Penalty is the best deterrent and it is proven effective as is the case in Adelia, then all the better.
