Message | Mr. Speaker The Hutorian Armed Forces and our Ministry of Science & Technology's freedom to research and develop Biological and Chemical weapons allows us to develop the capabilities of counter measures and ways of defending ourselves against such attacks. To prohibit even their study and development would critically weaken our nation's security against such threats and we subsequently can not support this Bill.
