| Honorable Politicians of Narikaton, As your Kaiser I have to tell you that my situation is desperate, my enemies are growing as well as general unrest. The unstable government is not helping. I want to stabilize things, that is why I want to invite every party that does not want to see me dead to the so called "Thaller Kongress" we are going to negotiate various things. I dont want to be a puppet Kaiser, nor do I want to be a weakling. I am going to unite this country, I dont need fanatics. -Kaiser Jens |
