Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| OOC The Foundation Party (Tuhar) has not logged on for a little while so this is a temporary cabinet until they are back - I know some people are 'holidaying', travelling etc. from messages I have received. IC: Given that the Foundation Party members have been temporarily detained and given the need to have people in cabinet positions quickly to deal with the New Endralon situation I propose this temporary cabinet, which I hope all four parties included in will vote ' Yes' to promptly. This will then be superseded by the five-strong cabinet which I have already proposed. Again, I ask the Centrist Party to nominate the Majority Speaker to represent the government coalition caucus and urge the National Party to put forward the Minority Speaker.
