Description[?]:
| 1. Republic of Dorvik shall be a federal republic with 5 federal states (Kordusia, Largonia, Miktar, Dorvan, Westmark) and two city states (Haldor, Fairfax). 2. The executive body of the federal states shall be the State Council with the State Governor as the head of federal state's government. 3. The federal government is appointed simultaneously with the federal election. 3a. If a party win more than 50% of seats in the Federal State it may create a cabinet. 3b. If none of the parties manage to get over 50% of seats a coalition shall be set up. 4. The term of the State Council ends together with the end of the term of the Federal Assembly. 5. The State Governor shall be responsible for implementation of the federal law and monitoring the process of its implementation. |
