| It is the time to switch to Kodonomic thinking - run a deficit budget now and keep our economy afloat. Hopefully our Treasury will last and we do not need to take loans. If we are forced to take loans in the end, after this crisis ends, we can return to a surplus budget and pay back our loans. |
