| Considering that two aprties havew illegally taken up arms and are present in the devout areas, the UPU has auithorized the formation of a militia group to be known as Hizb'ullah (the army of God). This bill will remove outdated restrictions on armaments and permit the Hizb'ullah to obtain arms for its self-defence. |
