Considering that two aprties havew illegally taken up arms and are present in the devout areas, the UPU has auithorized the formation of a militia group to be known as Hizb'ullah (the army of God). This bill will remove outdated restrictions on armaments and permit the Hizb'ullah to obtain arms for its self-defence. |

Message | If we are able to obtain arms, we will of course do all we can to defend the government from Unionist and Ba'ath terrorists. The Hizb'ullah will take an aoth of loyalty to the Voice of the People. But the government is currently unable to defend faithful Muslims in Kandala and Sumilkando. They must be permitted to defend themselves. |
