Description[?]:

**This is a proposal to the Government which would should be implemented as a means of ensuring economic stability within the country to ensure that the state does not sink into a deeper hole of depression and inflation. As such it is a proposal outlining the allocation of government spending in the upcoming budget reform.

- A return of the Yegorovich reforms: Increased government support for smaller businesses in the form a 2 year period of tax exemption for start-up businesses, specifically those in the area of infrastructure, medicine, education and technology.
- Increased government investment in oil and natural gas specifically in petrochemical production (not in crude production)
- Government investment into the Free ports of Lustenmarkt (Tirvoslavl) and Nikolaevsk (Gorniy Zamok), in-order to expand the already maximized capacity of the Ports.
- Government investment into agriculture and agribusiness, specifically the investment of cash-crops such as Maize (corn), wheat and Sunflower.
- Government implementation of an agricultural investment programme aimed at ensuring stability in the agricultural sector.
- Government investment into the maintenance of national heritage sites and preserved buildings.
- Government implementation of a credit based welfare system, by which pensioners are able to receive a formidable pension amount. This welfare system should be established in a manner which allows corporations/companies both public and private to invest in (under the guidance of the Central Bank)

It is expected that if this plan is followed, this nation may have a formidable chance at pulling itself out of the economic crisis in a satisfactory economic standing. It is imperative that in this economic crisis, both private and public Enterprise in any and all should be promoted by the Government.

**OOC: If implemented, i expect to see major changes in the budget.
