| President, We believe that there are many positives attached to giving the task of forming a government to the Head of State, as we'd have someone in charge of organizing the negotiations between parties instead of the current chaotic system in which individual parties spam proposals without notifying the other participants. We need more communication. |

What if we have a President who doesn't want to play ball?
