Message	I'll let you know a sure fire way to get this budget passed: Agree to a Cabinet without the Communists. I ask that the OCP, Capitalist Coalition and Conservative parties, in addition to the PP, abstain from voting on budgetary bills as a protest of the inability to form a functioning Cabinet.
