MessageVoting yes on this Article 1 would negate the GREED Act, which seeks to enact environmental regulations and promote prosperity among all Mordusian citizens.

Article 3 is also unacceptable to the People's Democratic Party, as it allows the government to put money into the hands of private corporations, a rule that would be abused by more... corruptible members of our parliament.

MessageI apologize, Article 2 would negate part of the GREED Act, not Article 1.

MessageYes, I see what you mean, when Article 3 will be abused by some members of parliament. It is quite evident that left wing parties enjoy continuously bailing out failing banks and companies. Article 2 I should bad and will take away business competition. If you leave private companies space to compete with each other to get a better price for the customer, in some cases they would be providing cheaper rates than if a regulatory price was put in. This also boosts our economy as more workers are hired because companies do not have to pay fines for going above regulation. The government does not need to meddle in with the business of private companies.

MessageWe disagree with Article 1, we need to retain and continue to receive direct foreign investment.
Article 2 will soon be superseded by the GREED Act.
As for Article 3, we would prefer that the government act as an investor of last resort for industries that provide vital goods or services.

Given this, we will be opposing the proposal.

MessageIn addition, why hand over a fistful of money to a bank? Banks mismanaging funds should never have been allowed to become banks at all.
