We propose the following:

I. A temporary move in some areas of the economy to encourage growth. And in others; such as hemp, to reverse nonsensical legislation.

II. To assure the government of Solentia is stable. A minority shall be classified as any individual NOT primarily of Luthori, Istalian, Kalopian, (or related peoples) ancestry. No more darkies. A minority shall also be deemed to be anyone professing Ahmadi belief.
