Message | Well, I understand your point of view: in the one hand one can say "bad things" are emancipated when drowns under prohibition. On the other hand, "bad things" must be prohibited by default, or principles. For instance, "nuclear contamination unregulation for private business".. if you run the first statement, so, the prohibition will increase the infringement ocurrences. Anycase is prohibited, and viable to prosecute through sanctions... However under the 2nd statement it hasn't be reinforced by the restriction. The consequences will be the same. More examples in the same way, child pornography exploitation, sexual slave traffic, free access to dangerous chemicals for personal attacks, etc, etc. We cant suppose always that if we prohibited issues then they will be increased, by magic act. Some things deserve be prohibited because endanger people, affects fundamental rights and arent good for people. Why should we await for reaching the civilization collapse before to take the right actions since the early first. That's the FNRED point of view, about these social problems, we can and must avoid. |

Message | However the most probable is this bill will be cancelled by now, because needs more elaboration in deep. I would wish that more specific proposals were available on the legislation proposal type menu. |

Message | We dont support prohibitions based on paternalism and the reduction of the civil rights of the citizens by telling them what they have to do with their lives. |
