Bill: OOC/RP: Executive Office of the President

Details

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: December 4226

Description[?]:

We have seen incompetent administration after administration not having a complete staff to work with to truly connect with the voters of Beluzia. That is not transparent or honest government and instead, it allows the administration to to whatever they wish without a full staff to keep checks on them. That is the reason why the NPP and the RC administrations have failed badly in their attempts to connect their voters. Corruption, nepotism and favouritism have plagued them. We do not wish for this to happen again and we hope to continue on our crusade for 100% government transparency, something that former President Frederickson set out to do and has made great progress in. But one thing he left out is the Executive Office, a crucial aspect of every administration, which helps the President execute their duties without having to face obstacles and calls to resign. Although President Frederickson did not do this, he was able to execute his agenda through the help of other political parties in Beluzia, putting the people first before party. But now he has gone into retirement and will no longer be an active face in politics, we have decided to continue his anti-corruption legacy by reviving the defunct Executive Office. The Executive Office will compose of officials from all parties in Beluzia and it will give the President a working inside team that can make well informed decisions that will benefit the people, not the President himself and the big business. We will layout the composition of this Executive Office and for the first time ever, it will be subjected to a confirmation vote by Congress. We cannot allow the Executive branch to run a nation without a confirmed staff, as it does not allow Parliament to scrutinise each and every member appointed to see whether they are qualified to run the nation or not and also, it breaks our party principle of honest and transparent government. We hope that Congress can approve of this move and in accordance with this act: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=509971, we hereby revive the Executive Office. Here is the proposed composition of the Executive Office

MessageWe hope that this can foster in strong and stable leadership after the wobbly and weak governments of the NPP and the RC.

OOC: I support the Conservative Party in the UK (yes, it might differ from my socialist views) and I used these statements just for some fun.

MessageWe have some last minute changes to the Executive Office. Jade Jones is no longer the nominee for Defense for the Labour Party and instead will be replaced by Eric Brent. We ask parties to vote this down just for appointment changes. It does not in any way show that the government is weak and wobbly
