Description[?]:

Contingency Orders for the Army of Malivia to be carried in case of emergency proposed by the Fatherland Front.

Order 4: "In the event of the Parliaments destruction and no clear lines of communication with the Head of state and cabinet can be achieved, overall Army command shall assume control of the country."

Order 5: "In the event of the Head of Government being declared unfit to issue orders, Army command will form a strategic cell of senior officers (see page 1173, para 4) until a successor is appointed or alternative authority identified."

Order 37: "Capture of a single wanted individual through the mass arrest and threatened execution of a civilian population. Follow-up directives include scenarios for body disposal of civilian casualties and suppression of communications."

Order 65: "In the event of either (i) a majority in the Parliament declaring the Head of Government to be unfit to issue orders, or (ii) the Security Council declaring him or her to be unfit to issue orders, and an authenticated order being received by the Army command, commanders shall be authorized to detain the Head of Government, with lethal force if necessary."

Order 66: "In the event of officers acting against the interests of the Malivia, and after receiving specific orders verified as coming directly from the Head of Government, commanders will remove those officers by lethal force, and command of the Army will revert to the Head of Government until a new command structure is established."

MessageYou need to highlight the amount needed to make such an RP bill void based on laws on RP laws. http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=6363. Also I would believe that order 4 and 5 are basically emergency powers based on in game rules under section 22(1)2, which means that this bill will have to be formatted in the two thirds majority format as the army will be granted emergency powers to act as the government
