MessageFrom Sybella Fields

1. We did not lie about the costs of the equipment to gain a bigger budget.
2. We did not misappropriate funds in the defense ministry.
3. We just lied about how long it would take for the equipment to be delivered and that is not illegal.

MessageOCC: Minister of Finance - Ms Fields, why did you then come before this parliament and lie about the duration the equipment will take to reach here in Malivia? Doesn't that seem very suspicious to you?

MessageIC: Minister of Finance- So you operated in a manner which has undermined the integrity of not only this Parliament but the ministry of defence because of a personal party political agenda at the expens of the people. Am I correct to see it this way?

Also, since no funds were misappropriated, have all these equipments be delivered?

MessageOOC To the Malivian Feminist Party
I had a talk with the Military RP coordinator and we came to the conclusion that 15 years are way too short for delivering a 1000 new tanks.

IC Undermined how? I only dispelled the fake sense of integrity we apply to the Parliament while trying to help the party I am affiliated.

The equipment are paid as they are delivered so in a sense I haven't even spent all of the money I was given.

MessageIC: Minister of Finance- Mr Speaker, embers of this committee, I am hereby satisfied with the responses given by the former Defense Minister as and shall only charge the Former Minister under " Perjury" which is an offence after taking oath of office as a minister and then betray that oath by lying.
However, given the fact dear members that there are no legal principles that guide the penalty to sanction a former minister, I believe under this committee, with the support of 23rds of the members, we can penalize the member by having them pay a fine of MCR$250,000 to the the state.
