Message | Honourable Members, Firstly, may I welcome the Honourable Members of the Mouvement Centriste to Kanjorien politics. We hope that we will be able to work together in the future, and are glad to see that there is now another party that can help provide resistance against this totalitarian government. In regards to the bill we are willing to give it our support, despite our fundamental rejection of Article 5. Whilst we are not against abortion in principle, we adopt a position of individualism when it comes to this matter. We believe that, should a women want an abortion, then she should pay for it. Naturally, this would be payed for by the government in cases where a woman of low-income could not afford it. However, where a woman can afford such a procedure, we should allow them to pay their own way. We thank the Honourable Members for suggesting private schools - something we see imperative for the development of our children's future. Isn't it such a shame that the ruling party, the Union Populaire Democrate simply do not care about children's progress. We would hope that they would change their mind and support this bill. Once again, may I extend, on behalf of the whole PPK, a warm welcome to the MC and urge the UPD to reverse their vote and see this bill through the Senate. M. Message | Members of The Senat, We thank the PPK for this warm welcome to the Republic. We hope to see the UPD change their vote as this bill is a big step forward in Kanjor. Article 5 can be altered according to PPK only if the bill passes. Another attempt at the bill will be in the senat after this one is passed or rejected. MC |
