| Message | Ladies and Gentlemen, With this bill I want you to understand something. I know that you see the word 'war' and you probably get scared... but Please realize something... this bill is in practice a repealment of the national and military service. Conscription will only take place in times of war... Please bare that in mind. Times of war. When was the last time we've expirienced something as horrible as war? Answer that question yourself. This in practice means the abolishment of the national or military service. It will be kept as an option of last resort. Suzanne Heikler |
