Description[?]:
This is a two part bill: Firstly, it is our belief that the government should employ private companies to deal with adoption matters, regulated by the state, but offering professional and independent support. Secondly, we believe that in order to adopt parents should be part of a couple - whether that be gay or straight - as the family environment provides the best setting for bringing up a child.
