Message | President, "Ending socialist and communist taxatiom policy's"? Is that what you are proposing? So highering the taxation for company's theyre profit is not a socialist thing to do? We oppose this bill at every turn. The major increase in taxation for company's will scare them away and cost us valuable economic output. As for the sales tax for luxury good we think that a increase is meeded so we vote against on that to. Arthur Von Wolfhausen, Secretary General of the SDA |

Message | Herr Wolfhausen, Corporations, especially Dorvish corporations, have enjoyed throughout recent history the lowest corporate taxes in Dorvik's history. This has lead to many things but the proclaimed increase that you reportedly claim. The Dorvish Ministry of Finance and the Dorvish Ministry of Trade and Industry have always worked with Dorvish corporations and foreign corporations that return their investment into Dorvik, what that means, is that the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Trade and Industry have provided tax credits and incentives to those who re-invest their profits into Dorvik, that is a system we agree and believe in. Increasing taxation on the corporations is not inherently socialist. It's called having a government that is active in providing incentive for it's corporations to re-invest in Dorvik; your proposal of a lower corporate tax does nothing except allow corporations to use their profit as they see fit. Message | President, And that is how it must be. Corporations earn theyre own money. Why not let them use it themselves without any pressure? Company's always have a need to inovate, to stay ahead of everyone else in the market. IF we force company's to reinvest in Dorvik the money that could have been used for innovation and the better quality of our products would now be rather used for a free coffee at the local supermarket. The system the SNP proposes mr president does not work and will not work. This combined with the SNP's income tax proposal that will leave us with a massive surplus that we do not need nor desire. With such a surplus our nation would flush money into our GDP while it could better be spend on the people. People are happy with this simplified taxtree and the only thing the SNP does is make it cheaper for the rich and more expensive for the poor by these proposals. This proposal alone will drive out company's and the income tax proposal will increase the inequality gap significantly. Arthur Von Wolfhausen, Secretary General of the SDA |

Message | President, I would also like to ask all members of this Rat to talk through the president. This is a normal thing in this Rat and i would liek all party's to honor this rule. Arthur Von Wolfhausen, Secretary General of the SDA |

Message | President, Unfortunately, we cannot support this measure. The taxes will increase too much for small- and medium-businesses. If only large multinationals and other corporations were taxed as this rate, we would support. However, we think that the taking the tax down for the luxury goods is a step in the right direction, however, with the new initiatives that have been passed, it might be better to wait and see the budget so tax cuts and increases can be built in. Currently, the Government is having difficulty functioning and seems unable to govern let alone pass a budget. Hanne Valerie Baasch DLVP Chair |
