Message | President, What is the idea behind this? President i would like to ask. What if you where the employee of a company that willingly and knowingly pays you less then it should and is obliged to. What if for that reason you decide to use your right to strike and demand a better treatment by your employer? When this bill gets passed the first thing the employer can do is fire you and replace you. If we allow the employer more freedom then it already has we practically give him the freedom to fire and replace the men that, for good reasons, demand better wages and treatment. This would practically make the right to strike a right that has no meaning. No one will strike anymore because they will be affraid to get fired. And that mr president is something we should not want as Dorvik as a whole. Arthur Von Wolfhausen, Secretary General of the SDA |

Message | President, It is the right of a company to be able to choose its own staff. It's a simple principle: their business, their choice of staff. Sonja Schiele Chancellor of Dorvik |

Message | President, No it is not a right. We as the government should defend the RIGHTS of the workers. Ofcourse employers have rights but not without regulation and no rights should mean complete freedom in ruining someone else's live. As we have suggested in our bill the government should be able to check whether a employer fires a employee for a good reason. And ofcourse, if a employer has good reasons for firing someone then they have the right to do so. But we should NOT hand them the freedom to do whatever they please to people that work day and night to keep the employer's company running. Arthur Von Wolfhausen, Secretary General of the SDA |
