| Nuclear weapons are a curse unto this world, and we can hardly expect other nations to disarm theirs while we maintain a large arsenal and point them into everyone's face. This act shall set forth the following rules regarding nuclear weapons: - Keymon forbids the possession, production, or use of nuclear weapons. - Existing nuclear weapons are to be converted into nuclear reactor fuel. - It shall be the duty of the Department of Foreign Affairs to attempt to enter into any and all reasonable and prudent Strategic Army Limitation Treaties that are available to Keymon. |
