(This bill was proposed by the minister of Foreign Affairs Alex Clarke)
As a rich and prosper nation we have the responsibility to help poorest nation. If we can help the people that suffer all around Terra we should do it. Generosity is one of the most important value of the Hutorian People and we must show to rest of the world that we are not just a selfish nation. By giving more money to poor country we will not only improve our international relationship we will also make of this world a better place to live.

If this bill pass, Hutori will extend its international help to countries in need from 3 billions HRL to 5 billions HRL.

Note: All this money will be given to the ''Aid Hutori'' agency whitch is under the controll of the Foreign Affair ministry (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=527230)
