Message | RECOMMENDATION OF LAW TO THE: BALTUSIAN GREEN ALLIANCE: In line with Article IX of the Constitutional Amendment titled Batusian Deceleration of Rights and Constitutional Court: "issue a 'statement of unconstitutionality' when legislation CONTRADICTS the rights outlined within the Declaration of Rights. In these circumstances, Congress should consider REPEALING or AMENDING the specific legislation however they are not obliged to. The Green Alliance wouldn't be able to take this bill itself to the Constitutional Court and instead should take the bills enforcing the current law they wish to change to the Constitutional Court. For example, the recommended bills relating to this legislation to take to the Constitutional Court would therefore be: - http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=533242 Which makes abortion allowed up until the beginning of the third trimester. - The one which made euthanasia allowed with consent from the patient and treating doctor.
