Message | I never truly determined what these limits do. For example, if we would only recieve 2 proposals a year, that would only be 1/6 of a proposal a month. So I would only be able to create one bill with one proposal after 6 months? |

Message | Proposal to change The number of proposals a party can introduce ***per year*** (will be handed out as a monthly quota). That's what I don't understand, this says per year. |

Message | Yes, I think what that means is we start the year with one proposal allowed, then 6 months later, get another, for a total of 2 per year |

Message | It means that the most proposals you can do is 5, and that each in game month you get 2 proposals, but you can never have more then five. |

Random fact: Particracy does not allow official national flags of real-life nations or flags which are very prominent and recognisable (eg. the flags of the European Union, the United Nations, Nazi Germany, the Soviet Union or the Confederate States of America). |
Random quote: "The superior man, when resting in safety, does not forget that danger may come. When in a state of security he does not forget the possibility of ruin. When all is orderly, he does not forget that disorder may come. Thus his person is not endangered, and his States and all their clans are preserved." - Confucius |
