This law authorizes and compels the Keymon Government to create a national radio station and a national television station through the following provisions: - A government run radio station shall be created and it shall use the unassigned frequency of 102.7 MHz and shall comply with the FM specifications. - A government run television station shall be created and it shall use the unassigned frequencies of 660 MHZ and 1280 MHZ. The former shall comply with the NTSC specifications, and the latter with HDTV spefications. - These stations are to carry educational, cultural, and political material from a wide variety of viewpoints, in the hopes of creating an informed citizenry. - Funding shall be provided to allow for the creation of content for these stations and to finance their operations. - All content broadcast on these stations are to be the people's property, and any copyrights covering the material must be put into the public domain or issued under an approved copyleft license,* with the choice to be left to the broadcaster.
