| With preventable deaths now rising to 2,500 per year we are asking congress to create a national health care provider which will be free for all Mordusians. The costs of the bill will be 60bn MRD per year (rising in line with inflation and population growth). Article 1 - Will provide additional funding for the reforms. It is important to remember that Corporation Tax is paid on profit and will not impact on employment as wages, investments and other expenses are deducted before tax is paid. Article 2 - Will see the creation of the Mordusian Health Service. Article 3 - Cannabis is legal to smoke for recreational purposes but not allowed to be used to ease peoples pain and suffering. We intended on changing that. Article 4 - Lack of regulation on Organ Donation has created an organ trafficking problem leading to the creation of the worst black market in human history. This article aims to regulate and ensure consent is given. |
