Message | President, I think that citizens have the right to elect all important officials that will govern over them. The HoS won't always understand and be connected with the experiences of all communities in this nation. Those communities could make a better pick for who their representative would. Plus, this would mean a Pragmatiker HoS picking mayors for places that may not have voted for her.
