| This act of the Government of the Dorvish Republic recognizes the Federal Republic of Kalopia-Wantuni in place of the Thallerist regime in Kalopia which has taken to genocide. The Government of Dorvik permits and allows the Federal Republic of Kalopia-Wantuni to occupy all former space held by the illegitimate Kalopian government. In place of arresting former diplomats of the Kalopian government, the Dorvish government will permit them to vacate the country within 24 hours or face arrest and trial for their crimes. This act also declares all members of the Thaller family (known internationally as the von Thaller family) persona non-grata in Dorvik and subjects them to arrest for crimes against humanity and committing crimes of aggression towards international peace. |
