This will allow new parties with new ideas to represent their ideas and voice their opinions. This freedom of representing someone's views is very close to the heart of the citizens of Luthori. |

Instead, it would allow for parliaments to serve their term without the possibility of it becoming dead, and will allow alternate coalitions to form that represent different interests.
