| Message | I don't see how domestication would lead to them dying, most are taken care of. Although, if it influenced your decision, it could be changed that they can not be sold etc... But everybody wants to have a panda, perhaps even require that if you own one you must breed it every X amount of years. |

Your main problem is not the idea behind the bill itself, but reservations that people cannot take care of the animals they already have so it would be impossible to trust them with animals of such great importance.
