| Message | Constitutionally you need to have had members elected to the delegate Councils to take Chair positions. Also the Chair of the Delegate Council Of Defence has to be held by the Chief Delegate of the People's Republic Of Badara. If you wish to join in a Coalition it will have to be after the election and when you have some seats. |
