Current: Employers are free to fire workers who go on strike.

| Message | Imagine everybody in the country going on strike for no reason. Everybody could go in sympathy strike for no reason, and none of them could be fired because of that. It'd be just a legal way to stop the economy for the sake of lazyness. |

| Message | Strikes help solve conflicts between a worker and the company they work in, thusly both sides must have a stable in between so that a worker will not abuse his/her power but can still get attention and/or support to solve something for the betterment of the workers and ultimately the company for what is good for the worker is good for the company. For this reason a change in current laws proposed in this bill are both unnecessary and harmful to business, the economy and ultimately the worker themself. |
