| Message | ooc: the new one is the exact size of the flag showed on the national page. The actual one is resized; the php uses a pixel resize and then it is a little fuzzy. I had scaled it with a graphical program, in order to remove this error and make it better on screen. This is all: the proposed is only better, since it is the same. |
