With this bill we look forward to bringin such important issue back on the legislative floor. On our previous proposal on this issue we determined our measures were far too extremist and we apologize for that. For that reason we bring a brand new proposal in which we thinl we can all agree on. |

Message | The death penalty is a sanction that must only be applied on extreme circumstances when no other sanctions seem viable for the crime committed. We know that it must not be applied all the time, but it shouldn't be out of the table either. We hope it won't be necessary in the future but options must be open in cse we actually need it. Random fact: In order for a Cabinet bill to pass, more than half of the legislature must vote for it and all of the parties included in the proposed Cabinet must support it. If your nation has a Head of State who is also the Head of Government, then the party controlling this character must also vote for the bill, since the Head of Government is also a member of the Cabinet. If any of these requirements are not met, the bill will not pass. |
