===========

In accordance with section 6 of the Game Rules (http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=6363#p90598), New Endralon/Kizenia is a "culturally protected" nation. Below is the cultural protocol which all players in the nation must abide. Throughout the document, the real-life equivalent is shown in brackets next to the in-game name.

--OVERVIEW-

The Confederation is known by all three of the names "New Endralon", "Kizenia" and "Kuzaki" and is unique due to the history of strife between its three dominant ethnic groups: the New Endralonians, the Kizenians and the Kuzaki. The Kizenians were the first people to settle in the modern-day Confederation, believed to have arrived from Deltaria sometime before the common era. Later, around 700 CE, a group of Gao-Showa people arrived in the country from Dovani. The Kuzaki, as they are known, are believed to be closely related to the Mu-Tze people although their culture has a distinctly Kerisian influence. In the 1700s, the Endralonian empire conquered regions of the country and settlers arrived from the country. Eventually, the colonial era came to an end but the descendants of these colonists became the New Endralonians (also known as Zyldavians). For several centuries, tensions between these three groups were constant and there appeared to be never-ending conflict. Nonetheless, the Confederation has been devised as a way to ensure stability without damaging the cultural identity of each ethnic group.

--ETHNICITY--

» Kizenian (Romanian)- 40%
» Zyldav/New Endralonian (Hungarian)- 35%
» Kuzaki (Kalmyk)- 18%
» Mixed- 2%
» Sullestian (Finnish)- 1%
» Dolgavan (Latvian)- 1%
» Other- 3%

--RELIGION--

» Hosianism (Christianity) - 76%
--Kizenian Patriarchal Church (Eastern Orthodox with aspects of Slavic mythology)- 36%
--Luthoran (Protestant/Lutheran) - 27%
--Amelioritism (Calvinism) - 12%
--Aurorian Patriarchal Church (Catholicism)- 1%
» None/atheism - 21%
» Other- 3%

--LANGUAGE--

Kizenian (Romanian) is the primary language spoke in the Confederation, most citizens have at least some understanding of it, and it is generally used in public places. Zyldavian (Hungarian) and Kuzaki are the two other officially recognised languages of the Confederation. Both are spoken primarily by the populations from which they originate, although Zyldavian has seen its popularity increase in recent decades.

--NAMING--

Character names should, by default, reflect the ethnic breakdown of the nation. With that said, some feel that they wish to focus on a particular group and this is absolutely acceptable provided that it is reasonably justified using role-play.

MessageIn what way do you want to harmonise it with Trigunia and Egelion? I'm open for suggestions. Personaly I wish to remove the military from the CP, i think those should be seperate.

Another thing we should do is explain more in the CP what the focus of each state / republic is within this nation. The economic factors play a role, the industrial Kizenian's, the service/trade and banking economic New Endralonians and the hard labour / mining, mineral producing Kuzaki's.

MessageThe military is seperate from the CP (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=458040), the military is in the RP information bill (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=541502).

MessageAh my mistake. The CP is unchanged I see, that is an honour to me as I'm happy to see people have seen it as a good piece.

I dont really have any wishes to change it, but I am always open for suggestions. What do you suggest James?

MessageI think I should tell you a bit about the brainstorming already done on the particracy discord (Invite link to the discord: https://discord.gg/RM8xwjf). Polites, RP team member and culture all-knower, has 'proposed' all kind of ideas.

A thing considered is to change the Kuzaki population to Ukranian (IG: Kozakis). That because 'there are already too many Japanese cultures in particracy and the japanese part of NEKK hasnt been RPed a lot'. Replacing the Kuzakis with Kozakis and adding a small Gao-Showan immigrant population has also been considered.

The Hungarian part of New Endralon is another thing. Polites said he thinks it makes absolutely no sense is the presence of Hungarian in three different nations with two different names. Deltarian and Zyldavian in (New) Endralon. Flemish was an option as Narikaton and Darnussia has killed all the dutch, and Vanuku is currently removing the dutch aspect of Vanuku. Furthermore it used to be slavic durch before moderation changed it to Hungarian. Polites also suggested Sorbian, a Slavic language with heavy Germanic influence.

Ofcource, everything can still be the same, these are just ideas.

Thats all that happened. What does everybody think about these possible options? I havent decided yet. Convince me ;)

MessageHonestly, I don’t agree with what Polites was suggesting. I think it’s far, far too radical but I would be willing to include some minority groups from bordering nations, for example. I’ve not given it too much thought, yet, so I’ll respond when I’ve had more time to consider the options.

MessageBuryats (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buryats) might work as a replacement for Kuzakis since it involves the Russian/Trigunian impact.
