Message | May the LOP and other parties of the parliament receive more information about what the FSP would entail. What powers will it have, how would It be funded, when will it come into force, how large would it be, would it have power over the military or local police units etc. The LOP recommends that the PN put better detail into their bills to ensure transparency |

Message | The FSP would have the powers to gather general intelligence regarding federal crimes as well as the ability to prosecute individuals or groups for those crimes. It would draw funds from the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Its size would be roughly 15,000 employees. Its power would be over local police but under the military. The powers were largely left out as they can be subject to change as the head of state sees fit (so long as they are constitutional and do not break any of the other laws). |

Message | The idea of an intelligence agency with a director appointed directly by the Marechal and with no confirmation hearing is a blatant attack on our rights, the FLA votes non. |
