| Mr. Chairman, In their latest clampdown, the tyrannical Hustrian regime has been persecuting communists and other targeted groups, They are introducing a despicable piece of legislation called the "Communism and Mental Health Detainment Act", which will allow anyone accused of communist sympathies to be detained under mental health laws. I called on the Staatsrat to condemn Hulstria's actions in the strongest terms.
