Messageooc: FDG for reference because Bills take 8 months in the voting stage this Bill won't finish its voting until after the next election so will be sent back to the debate stage. If you wish it to pass before the election you need to put it to vote at least 8 months prior. If you want your visiblities to be changed before the election I think you need to put it to vote at least 9 months prior.

MessageThis Bill would take power away from the Tade Unions and the KHU still feels that Dundorf benefits from having a fully professional volunteer army, rather than a conscript army.

Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there.
