| RECOGNIZING the recent election of the New Katsuran Front of Dankuk as the largest party in Dankuk, and; RECOGNIZING that this election has usurped the pro-democratic coaltion of the Federalist Party and the Party of Power from the legislative wing of government, and; RECOGNIZING that not only does the New Katsuran Front support pretender Taeyang Sang-Ah's claim to the imperial throne of Dankuk, but is voting in support of the National Conservative Party's bill to "de-recognize the Republic of Yingdala as the legitimate government of Yingdalan People," (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=546767) BE IT RESOLVED that the Republic of Indrala will adopt the following actions: Article 1: ECONOMIC SANCTIONS (1.1) Banning any economic relations between any Indralan commercial entity and any entity related to a supporter or member of the New Katsuran Front of Dankuk Article 2: DIPLOMATIC SANCTIONS (2.1) Suspension of diplomatic immunity for any foreign national associated with the Foreign Ministry of Dankuk (2.2) Ban on the travel of any supporter or member of the New Katsuran Front, including but not limited to; (2.2.1) Katsura Saori (2.2.2) Sonu Jun-Young (2.2.3) Ryuk Songmin (2.2.4) Elena Harrison (2.2.5) Hywel Tredegar (2.2.6) P'o Chung-Hee (2.2.7) On Chul-Soo (2.2.8) Paek Chun-Ho (2.2.9) Nang Min-Hyuk (2.2.10) Ae Hyuk (2.2.11) Ryang Ji-Tae Article 3: SANCTUARY STATUS (3.1) Any foreign national originating from Dankuk who is NOT associated with the New Katsuran Front or any entity outlined in "Bill: R-201: Sanctions on the President of Dankuk and Affiliated Entities Act" who wishes to seek refuge within the Republic of Indrala will be granted refugee status following a criminal background check (3.2) Any economic entity originating in Dankuk which wishes to relocate to Indrala will be given a tax exemption of up to ten (10) years |
