This bill put forth by the KCPF (Kalistani Capitalist Party of Freedom), will hereby privatize the Postal System of the United Republic of Kalistan, and under this law, be deregulated and tax-free. If this bill is ratified, then any United Republics Government personnel will relinquish control of any and all postal services in the nation. The process of Privatisation of the Postal Service will start immediately. All Post offices will be put under open and free auction and when sold, may be used for postal or non-postal services. If these services are under threat (ie. Terrorism, a Hostage situation), the Army and the Police must protect the service. If there are armed volunteers and/or privately armed citizens who are willing to help out, or people who are in danger, are allowed to participate in the situation, acting independently. |
