The right of proposing a government shall in no way be exclusive to the Bundespräsident - especially when the BP comes from the smallest party because the biggest one endorsed it. It's possible that smaller parties would be able to form a majority without the biggest party and the BP. |

Message | While we are completely content with the current coalition and being part of a government with the biggest party we believe that it is unfair and should be changed for the sake of democracy. |

Message | Your not the largest, and the amount of seats you have, you can’t be in a good government position, unless someone just puts you in the Head of government |

Message | We are aware that we are not the largest party and how we can reach government positions. We were part of the last government with two ministries and one Bundesstaatspräsidentin. This Amendment helps smaller parties like you (once you gain some seats). Look at this scenario: There are 4 parties. Parties A and B can form a government. Parties B, C and D would also have enough seats. The HoD is part of party A. Coaltition BCD couldn't happen because only party A would be allowed to propose cabinets. This amendment grants more freedom to smaller parties. |

Message | The KHU also voted ''yes'' even though it is the biggest party and would have no great benefits coming from this amendment. This is a very democratic decision and further strengthens the MPfG's will for another coalition including the KHU and MPfG. We hope that the DPD also votes in favor of this bill. |

Message | Surely you won't cooperate with these disgusting fascists, right? Their ideals are horrendous. The VKPD would rather have their party outright banned. The right for citizens to exhibit free speech in Dundorf is enshrined in the constitution, but if a collective of individuals "free speech" is routinely hate speech, then it is invalid and subject to banning. A more peaceful Dundorf would be one where the forming of far-right parties be outright illegal. |

Message | And realizing how this has created somewhat of an inequality in the freedom of parties to submit cabinet proposals, we vote yes on giving parties the right to propose them again. We previously had proposed this aforementioned law a few years ago, realizing too late that it limits the ability for parties to achieve equal representation in the cabinet. |

Message | We of course re-iterate our support for this proposal. It is heartening to see so many party's humbled by the realisation that the law change they voted for not so long ago is undemocratic and that they now seek to address it. |
Date | 00:36:55, December 18, 2017 CET | From | Initiative: Zukunft!! | To | Debating the Cabinet Proposal Amendment |
Message | As of right now, the amendment has reached 427 votes in favor. In the name of the MPfG, we would like to say thanks. A very democratic move that shows how some things just didn't change because no one tried to address them. Let this be a sign to always stand behind our values. |
Date | 10:28:13, December 18, 2017 CET | From | Dundorfnationale Volkspartei | To | Debating the Cabinet Proposal Amendment |
Message | Given the MPfG and DPDs support for discrimination the KHU will abstain from this proposal. |
